Shipping Policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 1 BUSINESS DAY FOR THE ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, and 7 to 10 business days for fresh products (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free local delivery is available

Deliveries are made from [9 am to 5 pm] on [MON-FRI]. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Shipping Returns

Email support@thenaturaltrueme.com for return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
